The staff was very polite and courteous! they were Always willing to help.
The electrics were not great. the socket plate on my side of the bed was very loose and coming away from the wall. i felt this was expensive for only ok QUALITY.

i stayed here recently and the location was amazing! it was so easy to walk to many attractions. my room had comfortable furniture plus modern decor. the service was attentive.
the elevator could be slightly faster during peak hours. it wasn't a major issue, but occasionally, a small delay occurred.
